Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Red color will bleed into other fruit. To prepare early, I just cut and stored all fruit separate the morning of the event then mixed it all together minutes before everyone arrived. YUMMY!

I used italian seasoned bread crumbs for additional flavor. I also tossed the pasta into the sour cream mixture to make sure they were well coated. This is was an ok start to an italian meal with friends. I was impressed with how they looked. I won't crave these but will keep them in my recipe box for italian themed entertaining.

Amaretto Divine

I had trouble with the layers sliding. Make sure the whipped cream has stiff peaks before folding into the pudding. It looked beautiful before it fell!
