Easiest Focaccia Recipe
a fun, simple recipe. add fresh rosemary to the dough, let it rise a little longer than stated and dump the dough out into a cookie sheet with edges that has a healthy dose of olive oil in it. This helps makes that bottom crust, crusty. Stretch it out with your fingers, rub that oil from the pan on the top, too and put lots of interesting toppings like sundried tomatoes, mushrooms, herbs whatever and let it rise a little more before baking. We like to eat a slice with soup and if you make a more plain version, you can split it horizontaly to make a sandwich.

All American Apple Pie
terrific pie! I always make a tradional 2 crust pie but the crumbly top was great!Used a frozen bottom crust, added more cinnamon and nutmeg to the apples, which were a combo of Granny Smith, fuji and red delicious. Did not pay much attention to size of chunks and slices and it was a perfect pie. will make again and again.

Chocolate Cheesecake III
Great chocolate taste, not too sweet. I covered outside of pan with foil and baked it in a water bath. No cracks..Just wonderful. I liked that it only needed 2 packs of cream cheese, too.
