Tofu and Veggies in Peanut Sauce
Followed the recipe, and this was good, but a little sticky. I would use this recipe again, but I would need to think of a way to thin out the sauce a little bit more.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Muffins
Good, but the oatmeal comes off as mealy after the first 5-stuffed in my mouth. Could maybe have used a little less oatmeal for a better result.
