Unbelievable Spinach Calzones
Filling was delicious! Dough was very bland. Maybe next time I'll sprinkle salt and parmesan cheeese on top before baking it.

Joey's Peanut Butter Cookies
Great flavor. Soft cookie that turned out more "dry" than moist and chewy. I used an insulated pan and it took 14 min to bake.

Spinach and Rice (Spanakorizo)
I used 1 Tbs tomato paste instead of tomato sauce and chicken stock in place of water. I also topped with feta and lemon. Great flavor!
