Ghirardelli(R) Chocolate Dessert Cups
This is nice - in theory. Tried to make the cups, but the balloons popped every time they got near the chocolate. Tried multiple types of balloons as well. Too bad.

Best Bread Machine Bread
I took everyone's advice and stuck to the recipe. It came out REALLY light and airy, and so SO good!! It's a nice standard bread for everyday, but could easily be dressed up with herbs. Oh, and I didn't have vegetable oil on hand so ended up using olive oil (not virgin) and see no need to try it another way. A good substitution if you want to make this more heart healthy. Thank you!

Guinness(R) Corned Beef
Making this again for the seventh year in a row!! Fantastic recipe! We do away with the oven and use a crock pot on low 6-8hrs with no trouble whatsoever. We throw away the seasoning packet and it tastes better than with! Thank you!!
