Awesome Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
This recipe turned out terrific!!! I used walnuts instead of pecans and no nuts in the frosting. You can also save out some of the frosting to add food coloring and decorate with little carrots! This is the best carrot cake recipe I've tried.

Chocolate Cappuccino Cheesecake
The cake tasted wonderful, but completely fell apart when I tried to get it off the springform bottom. I had followed the directions exactly, so I guess it needed to bake longer. What a disappointment after all that work!

Passover Komish
I also found the batter to be way too thin, but when I thickened it with about a cup of cake meal, it worked fine and actually tasted delicious. I preferred the cookies that came out thinner - more like brownies.
