Buttermilk Coffee Cake
This is delicious - a nice contrast between the crunchy pecan topping and the fluffy cake underneath makes it really good. Just what people appreciate in a homemade coffee cake!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
This made a very nice entree! Delicious over rice or noodles. I like a "saucy" dish, so I used only 3 (large) chicken breasts. Does not have much color, so a dusting of paprika looks nice on each serving. Only other thing I would change is maybe adding some sliced mushrooms, as suggested below.

Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
I made this recipe exactly as it appears, and the cookies were just fine. They were crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, with plenty of chocolate chips and nuts. They certainly were popular at a gathering I toted them to - I think three tiny crumbs were left!
