Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
I've been meaning to rate this recipe for a while. I actually made this one night for company, doubling the recipe and was so glad that I did. It was amazing. I did add some fresh mushrooms to it as well. Last night, I had some left over marinated garlic and herb chicken breasts that had been done on the grill. I just shredded them up, threw everything in the crockpot on low until it heated thru and my goodness, it was yummy. Thanks for a winner!! UPDATE!! I have since made this recipe substituting boneless pork. Just as amazing if not better. I always use the cream cheese but also stir in some sour cream at the end because we like things a little on the saucier side. This is always at least a once a month recipe.
