Absolute Mexican Cornbread
I used blue cornmeal because I couldn't find the yellow...not the best choice, makes the cornbread look moldy. I tried to pawn it off as my Halloween cornbread, I think it worked! It's delicious despite the appearance.

Strawberry Pretzel Salad
Nice mix of sweet and salty. I may not have made the pretzels small enough, or didn't bake it long enough, because they didn't come close to making a crust, the pretzels went everywhere when I put in the coolwhip mix. It tasted great, though.
