Zippy Chicken Corn Chowder
I mad this today. It is very good. I did make a few changes. I used about 4 1/2 cups of chicken broth, I could tell it was going to be too thick. I also added 1 can of cream corn, a jalpeno, 1 stick of celery finely chopped, extra hot sauce& more salt than recipe called for. I thought it needed it, for a little more flavor. I also put 2 gloves of garlic. I put about 1 1/2 cups of half & half. I will definetly make this again.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue
I made this yesterday. The chicken turnd out very tender & had good flavor. Like others, the sauce was way to thin. After chicken was cooked, I took the chicken out & placed in a dish & then put the sauce in a pan & added corn starch to thicken. I did not like the way it tasted at all. What I did was mix up some more sauce like you make to pour over chicken in crock pot. I heated on the stove & poured over chicken breast. Shredded up the left over chicken for sandwiches. I think the frozen chicken waters down the sauce as it cooks, & it just doesn't taste near as good as it does when freshly made. After making the fresh sauce, it was yummy.

Mexican Chicken Corn Chowder
This was very good! I took the advice of others and omitted the tomato&the can of green chiles and substituted it with a can of Rotel.I also put four cloves of garlic in it(we love garlic). I added extra cumin, put some old bay seasoning in it along with some salt & pepper. It made it very flavorful. It didn't have enough flavor before adding the extras.I also used a pre cooked chicken from Walmart to save time.I will make this again.
