Sweet Pasta Salad

OMG this is delicious. I decided not to add the sugar or the salt though. We didn't even wait for it to get cold, we ate it while it was still warm. Oh soooo good! Thanks for the recipe!

Excellent recipe! I made a few minor changes by sifting the cocoa with the flour, baked for 35 minutes at 340* and used 3-9" pans instead of 8". I used my regular cream cheese frosting also. It was delicious, lots of compliments!

Fish Fillets Italiano

Glazed Apple Cream Pie

Fantastic pie and easy to make. I am not very experienced when it comes to pies, so I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. My husband calls it the 5 minute pie, because he takes it to work and it is gone in 5 minutes! Thanks for the recipe!

Best Ever Cinnamon Buns

Beautiful cake! I modified it just a tad. I used 5 cups of grated carrots, left out the raisins and walnuts. Baked it in 3-9" round pans, for 30 minutes. Finely chopped a few walnuts and sprinkled over the cream cheese frosting. Thanks for the great recipe, it lives up to its name!

Chocolate Cappuccino Cheesecake

Fantastic cheesecake!! I did have some trouble melting the chocolate, so the 2nd time I made this cheesecake, I just melted the chocolate in the microwave and stirred the 2 Tb. of cream in with with sour cream. I also combined the 1/4c.water, instant coffee and liqueur & put in the microwave til it was hot. By doing this, you avoid overmixing the batter and warms the batter slightly so the chocolate blends easier! Great recipe and I really enjoyed making it!!! Thanks!!

I have to admit, I was a skeptic but I was wrong! We just love this! I had to laugh when I read: Number of Servings 32---- I don't think so, not in my family anyway. I always double or triple the ingredients, otherwise it disappears to darn quick!! Thanks for a great & fun recipe!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Butternut Squash Casserole

I meant to add this to my review....after nuking the squash for 3 minutes, I found it was much easier to just peel it with a potato peeler rather than trying to "scoop out". You also get more from it! Thanks again!!
