Hiyashi Chuka Noodles
Loved it! I used thinly sliced pork and cut up some cooked shrimp. There can be so many variations to personalize to your tastes. I put toppings in separate ramikins so everyone could choose what they wished. I also used green onions, sesame seeds and a touch of fresh ginger. Delicious, a keeper!

Salt and Vinegar Chicken
This recipe was soooo yummy! My husband and three kids all thought so too. They have already asked me to make this a regular. I marinated it for an hour but, I think I might try it a little longer next time, because we loved the flavor so much. I did turn on the broiler at the end to really crisp the skin. It was delicious.

Baked Pineapple Casserole
Made this on Christmas with ham and it was wonderful! Everyone commented on how good it was and wanted the recipe. The only change I made to the recipe was to halve the sugar. It was plenty. In fact, when I told people that it was supposed to have more sugar, they all said NOOO!!! That is why I must give it four stars. If the recipe only asked for 1/2 cup sugar, it would get FIVE stars for sure!! Thanks for a keeper.
