Sarah's Banana Bread Muffins
Followed exactly except added 1 tsp vanilla. Bake beautifully, YUM!!!! Made these again this morning...same results. My favorite part of this recipe is all ingredients are in pantry, and comes together very quickly with 2 bowls, no mixer!

Raspberry Cup Cakes
Wow! Excellent recipe. If you are looking for a cool creamy fruity dessert, this is it. Serves beautifully straight from freezer. Garnish with whole raspberry and mint sprig.

Tuscan Soup
I followed the recipe and found it to look very unappealing. The taste was fair, but it looked thin and unappetizing. I felt compelled to pass this on.
