I only made the caramel sauce...but it was FANTASTIC! I served it over bread pudding and we couldn't stop eating it. As the other reviews have noted, be patient. It will do exactly as the reviews say...you just have to stir and wait....and stir and wait...and..

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

Never fails, EVERY time I make this for a gathering, someone asks for the recipe...usually I have to send it out to multiple people. It is so quick and easy. I never roast my garlic. I just use a tablespoon or so of minced garlic I always have in the fridge. I have made it the other way and you wouldn't know the difference.

The Best Clam Sauce

This is such a quick and easy recipe, yet your guests will never know. My entire family loves this, including my picky five-year-old. Always serve it with warm french bread...def. keeper!

Amazing Southwest Cilantro Lime Mango Grilled Chicken Sandwiches

This was SO good. I am always wary of fruit/meat dishes, but I had some extra mangoes so I decided to try it. I agree with other reviews, put the mangoes in with the salsa. Instead of bread, I wrapped everything in a tortilla and put them on the grill so the cheese was melted and the tortillas were crispy.
