Easy Beef Stroganoff
This recipe was so easy to make. I used leftover barbeque steak instead of ground beef because I wanted to use up the steak. It was very tasty and easy! I will make this again!

Thin Egg Pancakes
I changed the eggs from 5 to 4 and increased the flour to 3/4 cup. They came out yummy to my tummy

Holiday Green Beans
This was a light and flavorful dish! So much better than the greenbean casseroles. The pimentos paired with the green beens make it very festive.
