I LOVE to cook and bake. Of course, my "baby" is always waiting for Mom to drop something on the floor :) Grillin' and Chillin'...Ribs, chicken, veggies Crockpotting...anything Cajon...Shrimp Boil, Blackened Fish...Baking...Cakes, Cookies... I've been cooking forever! My Mother was a single parent and since she wasn't a very good cook (Curried Chicken, hotdogs & kraut)someone had to feed me and my younger sister :) Wonderful memories but no curry or kraut here! Taking a basic recipe and making it better...growing fresh herbs...always have homemade Doggie treats for our "baby". Smoking a $40 prime rib and forgot about it until it was too late...came out as beef jerky! Homemade pizza dough for a party..YUK!...had to call for delivery after this "experiment".
