Pumpkin Chip Muffins
I also made some changes to this recipe. I used splenda and brown sugar instead of the white sugar and no one could tell the difference. I also double the amount of spices suggested and used pumpkin pie spice in thier place. These are absolutely delicious right out of the oven. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because the next day the seem to loss something and taste a little grainy.
