Beef Barley Vegetable Soup
Anyone looking for a fantastic soup recipe STOP LOOKING it's right here. My husband came home one day and said he need to take a pot of soup to work the next day for a soup and salad potluck, thank goodness I found this recipe, it was a big hit at his work (the crock pot came home empty). The mother-in-law makes a similar soup that he has raved about for years but now he says mine is way better than hers. Until that day I had never even thought of trying to make something so complicated (at least thats what I thought) but it goes together fairly easy and the whole family loves it, including the kids. The only thing I change is I use beef base instead of the bouillon cubes. Totally awesome

Baked Ziti III
When I came across this recipe I just HAD to make it for my hubby who is a ziti fiend. We both liked it but as a matter of personal taste, found the sour cream to be overpowering. I have since made it a few times and cut back on the sour cream, simply scrumptious. This one is a keeper! Thanks for the recipe.

Peppermint Patties
I have made these patties three years in a row and still haven't mastered the dipping process. I have tried refrigeration, freezing, letting them harden and still nothing works. They do have a great taste and my mom loves em (shes a mint freak). In fact she's the reason I kept trying, but I have to say, I love you mom, but I'm giving up on this one.
