Tofu Turkey II

Extremely good recipe. It may sound confusing but it's simple. I've been using this recipe for 3 years now for both Thanksgiving and Christmas to take to my family. I even have some die hard meat eaters who like it.

Vegan Mac and No Cheese

I adore this recipe. It satisfies my mac and cheese craving without the suffering of the animals!! Big thumbs up. Oh I was lazy the second time I made this and just nuked it for 4-5 min instead of putting it in the oven and it turned out great!

I really like this recipe. I make it and put 1 serving portions in a freezer bag then reheat them about 1-2 times a week to help cut down on the calories Im sure Im loading up on durring the week. Its good and it makes me full without all the unwanted calories!

Baked Shells in Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2003
Great basic recipe where you can add what you want! I made 4x's the amount to be able to use a whole block of tofu and used a whole jar of spaghetti sauce instead of tomato sauce and added fake bacon and some sliced olives. I added garlic powder and italian seasoning since the spaghetti sauce is a tad bland. Great starter recipe! Oh and i used soy cheese instead of real cheese to make it a vegan dish :)

Fantastic!! I didnt have stewed tomatoes so used diced tomatoes instead. still turned out great! I also added cooked noodles for a more hearty soup. My 8 year old had 3 helpings! Thanks so much for this recipe!

All it needed was an extra small can of tomato sauce. I also took out the Parm since Im Vegan and used Soy mozz cheese. It came out fantasic and wonderful. Even my daughter loves it and shes not too fond of tofu. Excellent!
