In 2009 we moved from Northwest Arkansas (Fayetteville) to Kansas City. We are slowly making our way through all the BBQ joints in the area. Quick and easy...if it takes over an hour and a half to make (aside from slow cooking) I probably won't do it. I like to make my grandma's fruit salad during the holidays...brownies for most celebrations, creating new dishes from leftovers in the fridge (got that from grandma). In my college years, much of what I cooked had an overabundance of carbon on it...lots of burnt offerings!
