Cowboy Oatmeal Cookies
Made these for my grand daughter's band competition. They were yummy. The only change I made is adding vanilla. I did keep the dough in refrigerator while others were baking, which I do with most of my cookie dough.

Paprika Chicken with Mushrooms
Made this for the first time tonight. Yummy!!! The only think I did different was saute fresh garlic beneath the chicken. Delicious.

Banana Muffins II
Delicious! I have made banana muffins a lot but these are the best. I did substitute brown sugar for the white, added 1 tsp. cinnamon and some semi-sweet chocolate chips. Yummy!! They are very moist.
