Mom's Smoked Salmon Fried Rice
My husband loves smoked salmon and this dish is a winner. We use about 3 times the salmon and 2 times the peas so the dish isn't mostly rice like the recipe calls for.

Grilled Brown Sugar Pork Chops
Awesome - didn't have any ginger, cut the oil in half and added 2 T Jack Daniels and it was delicious. Sauce was thin but could've been caused by not heating it enough after adding corn starch.
