Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Used fresh pumpkin - halved the reciped and used one 9x5 loaf pan. This bread is delicious and moist!! Great!

Pumpkin Cake III
This is awesome - I halved the recipe and made cupcakes. Baked about 20 minutes. very moist, great taste! Used fresh pumpkin.
