Hummus III
Most excellent! I've been wanting to try to make hummus for a long time and finally took the plunge with this recipe. I added a roasted red pepper, several large cloves of roasted garlic, a teaspoon of red pepper flakes, and a bit extra on the paprika, as we like our food on the spicy side. It is perfect!

Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic
I made this for Thanksgiving a few years ago when we were having company for dinner. My family has never cared for sweet potatoes except for sweet potato pie. However, we LOVE this recipe! It is now an annual favorite on our Thanksgiving table whether we have company or not!
