Kettle Corn
Mine was finished popping like 3 minutes from when I put the kernels/sugar in (after the 3 kernel test). Is that usual? I was expecting longer, but then again ive never made popcorn on the stove and I must say this was a worthy effort! I can't wait for hubby to come home and eat it with me. If there's any left haha! Very yummy. Perfectly seasoned with the white sugar plus 1/2 tsp salt. Not as crunchy like candy like you get at the fair but not bad t'al. I am gonna make the brown sugar version too!
One question: When shaking, do you lift the pot and shake? Or hold it by the handles and slide it back and forth on the cooktop?

after having done the brown sugar, I must say that the white sugar version is indeed better!
my question above still remains. (I'm upping my rating to 5 for the white sugar version)
