I gave a friend this recipe to make for Easter for dinner at me and my family's home. Sorry for late review all, I couldn't find the recipe. Anyhoo, my friend followed the recipe exactly. I don't eat carrot cake, but everybody that did liked it!!!!! They all gave it 4 stars. My dad finished the leftovers!!!

I ment to rate this on Thanksgiving, but here i am now lol. This is the BEST!!! i'm still eating it!!! Everybody loved it too! Followed recipe to the T. This even tastes good without being baked, just mixing everything together. Tried this before getting baked on Thanksgiving day hehee. Thanks for the recipe!!!!!!

This is my first review!! My friend made this soup for us. She used only half of the amount of coucous listed in the recipe (per other reviewers suggestions). My friend loved the soup!!! i thought the soup was just okay; i felt the spiniach was too stringy. My friend gave this five stars; i gave it three, so we compromised on four:). Thank you for the recipe!!!!
