Cooking, photography, and my chevelle are three of my favorite hobbies. I also love kickboxing and biking (both mountain and road). I am looking forward to the holidays because that means more cooking and my chevelle will be repainted! Desserts, especially anything w/ peanut butter. Also, I enjoy cooking anything with chicken, as well as Mexican food. We always had Mexican food at my aunt's on Christmas eve. Very fond memories.... My salsa! I have recently started making my own salsa....now we will never go back to store bought. Also, I was popular in college because I always made friends my "pineapple chicken" and rice. It is simple to make and so tasty. I learned it from a roomie my first year in Dallas. The first time I made tortillas....what a mess. I didn't get the mixture right, and didnt have a rolling pin, so they were way too thick and would not cook evenly.....had to throw that batch away!
