Buttery Cooked Carrots
this was very good... i used less sugar and less butter.. good way to spice up boring steamed carrots

Asian Rainbow Trout
This was excellent.. i used sesame oil instead of olive oil as suggested by some reviews... i also didnt have soy sauce because i ran out and used worchestshire sauce instead... i baked it in the toaster oven at 450 for 12 minutes

Classic Tiramisu
I have made this recipe many times, and I've always altered something about it. I dont always have the same alcohol on hand, and I dont always have coffee liquer, so I make my own combinations using straight liquor and coffee or espresso.
