Oven-Baked Caramel French Toast
This recipe is amazing and delicious. It has a praline-like taste with the caramel and pecans. My family and I prepare this on Christmas Eve and pop it into the oven Christmas morning.

Chicken Enchiladas II
I make this recipe often for dinner and my boyfriend and I love it. I serve it with mexican rice or ranch style beans and chips. I like a red sauce on my enchiladas so I add red sauce to half for me and leave the other half plain for him. Delicious both ways!
