Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole
This was really good, but it seemed to be missing something. I used 2 cans of soup and added cooked rice. The texture was excellent; no need to reduce the milk. I also sauteed the ham with a chopped onion before putting it in the casserole dish.

Amish Friendship Bread Starter
This is a good recipe, but if you add the ingredients on the 10th day, you end up with 7 cups of starter instead of 4. I don't think you are supposed to add on the 10th day. Just bake.

Bread Pudding II
This was so good! I used Chocolate Bread from the "When Pigs Fly" Bakery, and omitted the nutmeg and it was amazing!
