Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
Pulled some tilapia out of the freezer tonite, and this was the first recipe I looked at. I made the recipe exactly as stated. My 3 kids and I ate every bit of this and they were asking before dinner was over when I was going to make it again! Served it with confetti rice...I cook any leftover veggies (I like celery, onion, shredded carrots, peas, corn or whatever) with a tiny amount of oil and garlic...then add chicken broth and brown rice and cook it all together. My husband does not care for fish at all, so this will become a meal that we will eat whenever he is traveling! THANK YOU!
