Salmon Rosemary Burgers
These were very good. I think I've been trying to turn myself into a fan of rosemary and I'm coming to the conclusion that it is just too strong for me. Next time I think I'll use dill and maybe a little mint which will be more to my taste. The basic burger though is great. Out of all the great reviews two suggestions that are a must are chilling the mixture before you form the patties and then chilling the patties after they are formed and putting them right on the grill chilled. I was also very careful flipping them on the grill. They didn't fall apart at all. Panko bread crumbs are also a nice addition.

Hot Clam Dip II
I was craving good clam dip and this was great. I didn't do it in a bread bowl, just mixed up the dip ingredients and cooked it in the oven in casserole dish at 300 for about 25 minutes until it was bubbly - it was a hit!

Chicken Scampi I
My picky family really enjoyed this recipe! As noted in other reviews, I scaled back the lemon juice and worcestershire sauce by 1 T, but then doubled the sauce. It had a great taste. I was a little paranoid about the marinade being properly cooked after having the chicken in it, so I just cooked it along with the chicken in the regular oven - 375 for about 30 minutes. Then served it over rice. Definitely will make again!
