Indian Chicken Curry II
The first and only time I'v eever had this dish was in London, England over a year ago. I never thought I could make it, but this recipe was easy to follow and the results were great. I followed recipe as is, but the next time I would season the chicken before adding it to the pan. I enjoyed this with the Naan bread recipe also on this site and Stonewall Kitchen's Farmhouse chutney - YUM!

Naan
WOW...I am addicted and impressed I made this! Grilling in VT in January not an option, so I sauted in butter in a pan. I did proof as someone else suggested and used garlic powder instead of chopped garlic.
