Lentil and Smoked Sausage Soup

Excellent with a few variations. Used 3 cubes of vegetable bouillon, and polish sausage and extra cabbage. My husband and I loved it and enjoyed the leftovers for lunch the next day. Did not add any more salt.

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake

Absolutely delicious, my whole family loved it and even took to a potluck and it was devoured. Followed the recipe to a T.

Chicken Enchilada Casserole II

Absolutely delicious. Will make again and use for upcoming potluck. Used hot chili beans and cilantro salsa which gave it a little more kick.
