Creamy Chicken Rice Soup
This is good. I added 2 tbsp dry sherry (NOT cooking sherry) instead of the wine. Really adds great flavor.

Figs with Goat Cheese, Pecans and Bacon
I was really disappointed with this recipe. It was just bland, I even added balsamic vinegar trying to get some flavor. Maybe the figs just weren't sweet enough..

Exquisite Pizza Sauce
Really good. I made the mistake and used sugar instead of honey and it made the sauce too sweet. Will make with honey next time. Also did not use anchovy paste.
