The Ultimate Brownie
The flavor is there, but it was a pile of gunk. I tried to cut it into pieces, just wasn't going to happen! I took notice to all warnings, not to overbake. Wish I had! Texture was like trying to cut very thick frosting. I think the walnuts ruined it. I thought a pound was way over the top, so cut it in half. Even that was too much. I'm guessing that the oil from the nuts made it too gummy. The few peices I was able to salvage fell apart in my hands (due to walnuts). All said, you have to be a major chocolate lover to enjoy this. Should be called "Blackout Brownie Fudge". Scoop out a small piece and top with a very small portion of vanilla ice cream. Go for a walk after someone pulls you off the ceiling! Not hyper friendly - LOL!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
So much grease! It didn't dawn on me until the very end of experience that a "gravy" not grease sauce was the intent. Loads of red grease. I will try this recipe again, but will compensate by skimming out grease before doing the heavy cream/cornstarch deal. The red grease probably came from too much butter & cheese fat, red came from paprika. This recipe would probably come out much better if baked (and separate sauce prepared with some of the drippings (not a pan full of greasy muck). But my grocery stores on strike ...

Scrumptious Chicken
Yuck! Found it very dry (due to 6oz pkg of stuffing mix). I would recommend preparing stuffing with bells & whistles (celery, onion, etc) and possibly pouring some chicken broth over stuffing mixture. Reminds me of one of those new "one bake" meals. Might even consider more than one can of "cream of chix soup." Didn't finish eating and leftovers straight to trash. Sorry Ginny!
