Cashew Chicken Casserole
Not a keeper-my kids and I thought it didn't have much flavor-my husband took one bite and called out for pizza. I didn't care for the soy sauce-soup combo-didn't taste right. Won't be making again

Burrito Pie
A winner here!! Everyone that tries this at my house asks for the recipe-it truly is easy to prepare and down right tasty. We serve with guacamole and sour cream on the side. Doesn't get any better than this folks.

Praline Sweet Potatoes
This was a hit! Served this Thanksgiving and everyone loved it so much we will now make it part of our tradition. Even my 7 year old loved this. I wouldn't change a thing on this one-its a winner-thanks for sharing Mike. I don't know if I would have been so willing !!!
