D's Famous Salsa
I loved this salsa!!! I played around with the ingredients a bit, but overall I followed the recipe. For chips and salsa, don't use the blender too much, because this salsa is a bit liquidy. The chunky version would be much easier to work with : )

Salmon and Spinach Fettuccine
This recipe was okay, but it just didn't seem to be anything really special. I think that maybe adding some more texture to it might help. Also, if you changed the type of smoked salmon used, that might help.

Fish Chowder
We always have a chowder during our annual carol sing and this was the new recipe we used. Where we live it is difficult to get some of the seafood mantioned, and we used cod as one of the main ingredients. It turned out great and everyone loved it. This is a keeper : )
