Kosher Salt Encrusted Prime Rib Roast
Some of the salt wanted to stick to all the lovely fat... which worried me. but it wasn't alot and i was just being worried :) the guests LOVED IT. Even wanting some of the saltier bits i had tried to scrape off ;). I had 8 guests with a 7 pound cut, with just a serving left for sandwiches... and with the juices that come out when you cut the meat, yum!! Easy i will do it again next year! can't wait :)

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes
Made with my Christmas Prime Rib as a change from Mashed Potatos, great hit everyone enjoyed them :)

Restaurant-Style Coleslaw I
I did this for a work bbq and everyone RAVED. I work with a bunch of guys in an auto repair shop and several gushed about it and one asked for the recipe. haha. Awesome Recipe folks!!! I doubled the recipe and added about a t. of poppyseeds as i like the look but would have been fab with or without 'em. Yum!
