Traditional Mashed Potatoes
Great simple mashed potatoes! I cut the potatoes fairly small (1 inch cubes) and cooked 20 minutes. Came out perfect!

Slow-Cooked German Short Ribs
This was great! I only used 1/2 of the brown sugar but otherwise made it as directed (and doubled the sauce). I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the ribs were a tad dry. I cooked it 8 hours, but next time I'll try 7 hours. I served with mashed potatoes and roasted carrots - yum!

Slow Cooker Latin Chicken
This was very good and easy. I think it could use a little more flavor. Next time I'll experiment with more spices or a different salsa.
