This recipe is "Slap your Mamma Good" I've never made this recipe because I'm afraid I'll make it every night. My girlfriend always makes this for birthdays around the office. It's the best banana pudding in existence. I'd give it ten starts if I could.

I've made this twice now and both times I had to tweak it. Both times deserved more like two stars but, I gave it three due to the fact I did tweak it. I used corn tortillas and used less sour cream. I didn't use oregano because it seems odd in mexican food. I used fresh cilantro instead of Parsley. I used my own Enchilada Sauce. But over all the taste was just ok. Nothing special. I will go back to using my usual Enchilada

I made this recipe for a friend who is an apple pie fanatic. He, and those he shared with, loved it but, I didn't. I thought it was too sweet.
