Zucchini Oatmeal Cookies
Baked according to directions not diverting from the original. Needed a bit more salt. Personally, I think I would prefer a recipe that used sugar instead of honey.

Zucchini Brownies
Followed recipe exactly, was getting worried about how dry the mix was until I realized that the moisture from the zucchini would be considerable. And it was so true. Delicious brownie like dessert with the frosting... if I were to try it without... not sure how fudgy it would seem.

Donut Muffins
yummy! easy to make and packed with donut flavor! I might put a little less nutmeg in next time, but that is a personal preference.
