Wedding Cake Frosting
This turned out good. It was a nice consistancy and had a good flavor. But, I could taste something a little off, maybe too much shortening. I used pure vanilla and the frosting was still very white. I might add less sugar next time as others suggested and maybe less shortening.

Broccoli Bites
These were good, but I'm glad I followed other reviews and used 1 cup of flour instead of 1/2 cup. I can't imagine the batter being any more watery. Although, I did use frozen broccoli. You can also use self-rising and omit the salt and baking powder.

Bell Peppers and Pasta
Great dish! Probably a 4.5 because it's healthy too. I used chicken and mushrooms also. Next time I will try sundried tomatoes or zucchini per other reviews. Definitely a keeper!
