MMMMM... Brownies
These brownies were very easy to make and so delicious they didn't last 24hrs! I only had a 150g bar of 70% cocoa chocolate so I grated it and melted it in as per the recipe. After pouring the batter into the baking pan I also swirled in some melted white chocolate to make up for the lack of dark chocolate. Looked, smelled and tasted amazing - a great hit with the children and even the husband who's not a sweet fan. Will definitely be baking these again soon!

Jam Filled Butter Cookies
I made these cookies as part of a selection I baked at Christmas - they flew off the plate before the others were even tasted! I have made them a few times since and they never fail to please.
