I loved the pork chops and the broth, but will probably just thicken with flour & make a cream gravy next time. Though we love sour cream, it just didn't "work" for us in this-- maybe because I used light sour cream... Anyway, I will definitely make this again, just adapt the gravy to better uit my family. I tasted these beans after mashing and decided they were already so delicious, why add the mozzarella & pico de gallo? I halved the recipe, added a chicken bouillon cube, just added salt to taste, and mashed coursely with a potato masher. They still had lots of texutre, but were thick & creamy. Delicious!

We thought this was delicious. Green beans & corn are vegetables my kids will eagerly eat, so it seems we eat them ALL THE TIME. I tried this recipe in hope of breaking the monotony for the adults but still pleasing the children. This was a hit with both groups. I will definitely decrease the salt next time, but will make it againg & again.
