Amazing Simple Thai Tofu
You might want to cut the tofu up into smaller pieces. Also found the peanut butter to be more sticky than saucy.

Irish Chicken and Dumplings
Tried this for St Patrick's day. It was delicious. Just note that the recipe calls for a large, heavy pot. Make sure it has a wide opening. My dumplings overflowed the gravy. Other than that - it was yummy!

Pumpkin Spice Bread
