Enjoy cooking, love cooking gadgets and have such a large collection of spices I have to store them in a huge plastic bin. Cooking is therapeutic for me. But of course eating it's the best part. I love to try new recipes. I'm whipping up something new all the time. I learned great Italian recipes passed on my my Italian Mom and Grandma and awesome baking recipes from my Norwegian Bestamor, They were both awesome cooks. Still working on this. The Greek Pastichio that I worked so hard on; it came out perfect but I accidentally put the pyrex casserole dish on a hot stovetop burner and it spattered all over the kitchen. Casserole and glass shards everywhere. Big disaster!!
