Sugared Black Raspberry Tea Cookies

We followed the recipe exactly and the cookies came out perfect! We all loved them. They were moist inside, slightly crispy outside, and the chocolate & raspberry combination is delicious.

Roast Chicken with Rosemary

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2008
Very simple. I roast the chicken at 425 for the first 10-15 minutes, then turn it down to 350. I think that this sears and browns the chicken and keeps the juices inside. Mine came out very moist with lots of flavor.

Easy Baklava

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2007
It's a great recipe. Of course it's better than what you would buy in a store! No HFCS, or trans fatty acids; just healthy walnuts & good ol' wholesome ingredients. It's what dessert is all about! And it's easy too--my 11 year old daughter makes it again & again. Each time everyone raves about it. Yum!

Apricot/Cranberry Chutney

Cut back on the vinegar, add 1 T. sugar, and a few dashes of Southern Comfort. Yum! A very warming dish. Myers rum works good too!

A Fantastic Margarita

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2003
This is not a margarita. Margaritas don't have orange or pineapple flavors.
