Holiday Dressing
I thought this recipe was terrific! No lie. I DEFINATELY agree on cutting back the chicken stock. I used 2cups plus a I made Cup of soup and drained the noodles ( i was low on stock!) I also added extra sage which helped the flavor. The sausage was quite tasty, I used italian turkey sausage it was a lot less fatty and a great addition to the thanksgiving spirit! i was nibbling at it right after it came from the oven! a great recipe!

Angel's Yummy Bruschetta
My only complaint about this recipe isthe bread was a bit dry next time i will probably brush some olive oil infused with gralic onto the toasted baugette slices. I did like that mozzerella was sprinkled on then melted on top of the tomatoes. It kept the tomatoe mixture in place while you bit into it. I made this for my dad for dinner tonight and he thought it was great, even though he's not a big bruschetta fan. I will definately use this recipe again.

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms I
I could hardly taste the crabmeat. It tasted mostly like breadcrumbs. I was suggest twice as much crabmeat and some other spices. It was just too bland. I think I will use a different recipe next time.
