This was the first time I ever had zucchini. I didn't really care for it. The recipe was still good. It needed a little something though. My mother suggested adding parsley (mainly 'cause she just came home from a mennonite with a HUGE bag of it, hehe) It worked. I'll definitely make this again.

AFTER I made this, I read the reviews, so I was a little worried that'd be too sweet and too soupy. It turned out great. Mine wasn't soupy at all. I used a 13x9 pan. Maybe the extra space helped with the soupiness? It wasn't too sweet either. I used four peaches... I think next time, I might add more. My mom and my brother ate it with milk. They loved it. I'll definitely make it again. Thanks for the recipe.
